D.B. Golenda Insurance Inc began April 17, 1997. Our Intent is to provide the best knowledge and service in the Health Insurance Industry. Please view our mission statement. Our main office is located at 637 Veta Avenue Pueblo, Colorado. We are near the Community College-PCC. Colorado Insurance License number 70588 Background: President- David Golenda.David was trained to run a Health Insurance TPA. He was trained in underwriting, claims, actuarial, product design, marketing, and worked through all the various insurance departments from January 1, 1986 through December 1996. David holds several insurance designations and is intrigued with health care legislation which he is involved. Dave enjoys working with his customer needs and their challenges. Vice President- Jeannette Golenda. Jeannette worked at Dr. Val Cichon ENT Medical office from 1986 through 1996. She was in charge of customer service and billing insurance carriers for services provided and financial collections. In 1995 Dave & Jeannette were tired of working for others and running all over raising a young family and helping elderly grandparents, so they began forming what is now D.B. Golenda Insurance Inc. Our Mission Statement: “Protecting health and wealth by providing an insurance portfolio to fit any client’s needs and budget.” Demographic areas of Service: Our primary area is the state of Colorado. We do have a few multi state clients and a couple multi country clients.
